Biography

Kimberly Dunning has held several positions in community and business development prior to joining Vectren in 2010 as Community & Economic Development Representative. Kimberly serves as the point- of- contact for state, regional, and local economic development organizations in both Indiana and Ohio. Coordinates and implement economic development strategies, projects, and related activities in cooperation with public agencies, educational institutions, businesses, and community groups. Prepare and review grant funding applicable to Vectren’s Economic Development strategic goals. Manages the design and maintenance of Vectren’s Economic Development and Natural Gas Vehicle websites.

Dunning has served on several local and regional boards/committees during her career including, Evansville Junior League, Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana, S.I.N.E. Dream It Do It and HOPE of Evansville.

Dunning earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville. She has successfully completed the Ohio Basic Economic Development Course, accredited by the International Economic Development Council.
