Biography

Tom Bailey has held several positions in the Marketing & Sales Department since joining Vectren Corporation in 2001.  In his current role as Director of Industrial Development & Sales, Bailey is responsible for interacting with Vectren’s industrial customers and working on economic development projects throughout the company’s service area.

Bailey is actively involved with helping local economic development organizations throughout Indiana and Ohio pursue projects that increase state job growth, capital investment and tax benefits.  He also assists in the legislative and regulatory process by detailing project scopes and explaining the benefits of industrial and economic expansions.

Bailey earned his Bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Ind., and is completing his MBA from Murray State University.
