Vectren is committed to promoting long-term economic growth in the communities it serves. To that end, Vectren offers two electric riders that allow reductions in electric rates to non-residential customers who meet specific criteria outlined in Vectren’s Electric Tariff.
Vectren’s Economic Development Rider (Rider ED) is available to any new or existing non-residential customer who either establishes new service or expands an existing establishment.
