The Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE) is a consortium of colleges and universities around the Dayton area that acts as a catalyst for regional educational cooperation and promotes the sharing of resources and expertise among its members.
One of SOCHE’s flagship initiatives is the Student Research Program, which provides research internships for approximately 90 undergraduate and graduate science and engineering students at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
