hereby gives notice that it will entertain offers to purchase this property. The owner
will consider only offers to purchase the property in its entirety. The owner is seeking
a purchasers who are prepared to immediately (within 12 months after purchase of the
property) use the property for industrial purposes. Offers of $35,000 per net acre
will be seriously considered. Offers of less than $35,000 per net acre will be considered
only if the owner deems the proposed use particularly beneficial to the region's economy,
with such benefit to be measured by employment, investment and economic impact,
in owner's sole discretion.
This is not an offer to sell, and the owner reserves the right to reject any and all offers to purchase.
