"Heartbleed" Security Bug

Recently, numerous warnings have been issued about "Heartbleed", an internet security bug which can be used to expose personal data such as usernames and passwords.

After an assessment of the vulnerability, we have determined that all Vectren.com account features and services are not at risk. Nevertheless, we will continue to monitor the situation and implement any necessary security measures.

While Vectren systems will not be impacted by the Heartbleed bug, other websites may be vulnerable. Please determine whether other websites you use are at risk for the bug rather than assuming your information will be protected.
